London | Full-time | Site-based (5 days per week)
We are seeking an experienced Client Technology Manager to lead the delivery of client-facing technology solutions across a multi-site property portfolio.
This hands-on leadership role combines technology delivery, project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership. You'll oversee the implementation and ongoing improvement of networking, Wi-Fi, AV, telephony and connectivity services while ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, Internet, telephony and AV solutions.
- Manage technology projects from design through to implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients and third-party suppliers.
- Provide technical input for solution design, scoping and pricing.
- Manage vendor relationships and service performance.
- Lead and develop a small technology delivery team.
- Drive service improvements, reliability and customer satisfaction.
About You
- Proven experience delivering technology solutions in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, connectivity and AV technologies.
- Experience managing projects, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness, including budgeting and solution scoping.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Yealink and Logitech is advantageous.
