We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Waste Management Technical Consultant.

As a SAP Waste Management Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for advising, leading, and working on high impact activities within the systems development life cycle, while also providing advisory support for the information technology function.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions:

* Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
* Master proficiency in SAP for Utilities Waste & Recycling is required.
* Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP for Utilities, and SAP for Utilities Business Process Exception Management is suggested.
* Drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance utility and recycling processes.
* Support the integration of new technologies within existing systems to improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
* Analyze complex challenges and develop strategic recommendations to optimize system performance.
* Mentor colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
