Plumber Required - Cornwall
Experienced Plumber required in the Cornwall area, mainly work from St Austell down to Penzance.
We have 2 options, either on a responsive maintenance or doing bathroom fitting projects.
This is working with a busy and well respected contractor.
You will be 12 weeks temp through us as the agency then go onto a permanent contract on the books with the client.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team.
Plumber Benefits/ details:
£37,440 per annum
Van fuel card
Holiday pay 20 days bank holidays
Weekly pay
Healthcare
Plumber Day to Day:
All aspects of plumbing maintenance work in social housing properties
Responsive maintenance, minor repairs
Or bathroom fitting - would include full rip out and refit, including tiling and flooring
Dealing with customers, keeping them at ease when needed, explaining works
Completing a variety of works in various other trades
Driving a company van safely and responsibly
Reporting to your supervisor
Plumber Requirements:
Plumbing qualification or time served
Previous experience working within social housing
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
DBS will be done for successful candidate
