A leading, well recognised global manufacturer of Agricultural machinery
Position Summary:
Responsible for performing daily cycle counts of manufacturing inventory, identifying and
reporting variances, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
Roles can include:
* Perform daily cycle counts of inventory in designated areas.
* Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records in WMS (AS400).
* Investigate discrepancies and document findings.
* Conduct root cause analysis for inventory variances.
* Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
* Identify and document damaged or misplaced products found during counts.
* Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve inventory issues.
Person Profile/Experience:
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including lifting, carrying, walking,
standing, twisting, kneeling, and bending for up to 9 hours per shift.
* Ability to distinguish basic colours and shades for inventory coding purposes.
* Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Excel and MS Access.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Good attendance and punctuality
