Our client is a leading engineering organisation supporting the nuclear energy sector, specialising in turbine and power island services for major UK infrastructure projects. They work closely with customers to deliver high-quality maintenance, outage support, and engineering solutions across the nuclear fleet. Job description:
Be the first point of contact for our client's customer on quality matters
Be the Quality interface to customer and internal partner, participate in customer quality meetings.
Follow-up and communication on customer nonconformities.
Support Outages quality
pre-outage planning - Risk identification, documentation preparation, site establishment of Support and improve surveillance routines during field service outages
NCR resolution
Post outage lessons learned and continuous improvement
Manage quality communications across fleet Field Service activities (lessons learned, quality campaign, etc.)
Support Supplier Quality and Project Quality activities for UK parts projects (see details below) to liaise the topics with our outages
Improve customer satisfaction and reduce some cost of quality by following and leading our current Quality 2026 improvement plan execution.
Establish close collaboration within the horizontal project quality team (Supplier Quality, outage quality, internal partners -engineering- and suppliers, workshop).
Support and lead root cause analysis in the project, such as 8D, A3, 5Why, etc.
Ensure the requirements of Nuclear Safety are applied
Seek, share and institutionalize best practices and Lessons Learned across the project. Supports the Return on Experience process.
