We are currently looking for a Electrical Improver. You will be working in Westminster
Monday - Friday
7am-4pm / 8am-5pm / 10am-7pm
Perm Contract
Salary up to £35,000 per annum
Job Purpose
* Assist with electrical maintenance, fault finding, and minor installation works.
* Maintain lighting systems, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems.
* Support the maintenance of mechanical plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors.
* Undertake routine plant room inspections and ensure statutory compliance.
* Complete basic plumbing and general fabric maintenance tasks where required.
* Monitor and report building management system (BMS) alarms and plant performance.
* Accurately complete maintenance reports and job records using a CAFM system.
* Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied commercial buildings.
* Work alongside senior engineers to develop technical knowledge and experience.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
* City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desirable/advantageous if not essential).
* Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
* Basic knowledge of electrical fault finding and maintenance.
