Mechanical Design Engineer required for a well-established and growingmanufacturer based in Ripon, North Yorkshire. Due to ongoing success they are seeking an enthusiastic Design Engineer to join their technical team.

Mechanical Design Engineer Position Overview

Producing 3D modelling drawings for projects with the use of Autodesk Inventor
Ensuring design of production parts are in accordance with specifications
Liaising with the manufacturing department and suppliers to ensure design are understood and interpreted correctly

Mechanical Design Engineer Position Requirements

Proficient with 3D modelling software such as Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks
Based in a commutable distance of Ripon, North Yorkshire
A knowledge of manufacturing processes, ideally sheet metal fabrication
Good communication skills

Mechanical Design Engineer Position Remuneration

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
Permanent position. Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00. Friday 08:00 - 16:00.
