Title: Project & Research Manager
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)
Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently partnering with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are seeking an experienced Project & Research Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.

Main duties will include:

* Leading research projects from initial planning through to completion

* Designing and developing surveys and questionnaires

* Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data sets

* Conducting interviews and facilitating focus groups

* Producing reports, presentations, and briefing materials

* Translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

* Working closely with clients, funders, and key stakeholders

* Supporting the development of new initiatives and funding applications

* Ensuring all research is conducted ethically and complies with data protection standards

The successful candidate will have:

* Proven experience delivering research or evaluation projects

* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

* Experience using both quantitative and/or qualitative research methods

* The ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong organisational and project management abilities

* Experience using research tools such as SPSS, R, Stata, or similar
