Role: Supply Supervisor
Location: East London Secondary Schools
Type: Day-to-Day Work
Salary: £140 - £170
StartDate: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
Support students with their work and answer any questions they may have.
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom.Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or equivalent
Previous experience working with young people (preferably in an educational setting).
Strong classroom management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
