Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage and deliver marketing campaigns independently while working collaboratively with the wider team. You'll receive strategic direction and support where needed, with the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.
The role involves managing day-to-day marketing activities, supporting business growth, and contributing to a broad range of marketing initiatives. Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform is highly desirable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
Lead, coordinate, execute, and report on integrated marketing campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Manage brand and product marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Content Creation
Develop and contribute content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, website updates, and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business messaging.
Coordinate with designers and external suppliers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Social Media Management
Work closely with the Marketing Assistant to plan and schedule social media content.
Monitor social media engagement and recommend opportunities to improve performance and audience growth.
Email Marketing
Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, subscriber management, and performance reporting.
Utilise HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms) to build and manage workflows, nurture campaigns, and automation.
Value Proposition & Product Marketing Support
Assist in developing compelling value propositions for Restore Information Management solutions.
Create customer personas, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), key messaging, and product benefits to support sales and marketing activity.
Coordinate marketing logistics, liaise with suppliers, and support the promotion of events across relevant channels.
Administrative Support
Ensure marketing assets and collateral remain organised, current, and easily accessible.
Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as required.
Support the ongoing management and maintenance of the company website. Experience with WordPress is preferred.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience in a marketing role with responsibility for delivering marketing campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Experience using HubSpot (preferred) or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).What We Offer You:
