As a Supply Chain Planner, your responsibilities will include:
Manage the fulfilment process for an allocated supplier category, including purchase orders and import clearance support
Schedule and coordinate container orders from suppliers to 3PL warehouses
Forecast replenishment requirements based on historical demand and new business activity
Produce trend analysis and reporting to support inventory planning and decision-making
Monitor and expedite purchase orders to maintain high service levels
Record, investigate and close supplier non-conformances in a timely manner
As a Supply Chain Planner, your experience will include:
Previous experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse distribution
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and manage multiple streams of data
Experience working with ERP systems and databases for data analysis and forecasting
A disciplined, organised approach with strong attention to detail
Confident communication skills, able to work effectively with suppliers and procurement teams
Experience working in an environment with multiple suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers
