Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing reports and recruitment metrics for the Human Resources team.

A successful Recruitment Coordinator should have:
Recruitment experience within civil service would be ideal
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
