Our client is a well-established and highly respected bespoke joinery manufacturer, delivering exceptional craftsmanship for luxury residential and commercial projects across the UK. Renowned for producing high-quality, bespoke interiors, they work alongside leading architects, interior designers and contractors to create beautifully crafted joinery solutions.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Designer with a strong background in bespoke joinery to join their talented design team.

The Role:
As a Designer, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and manufacturing information for bespoke joinery projects. Working closely with project managers, production teams and clients, you will ensure designs are both aesthetically impressive and practical to manufacture.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing detailed technical drawings for bespoke joinery and fitted furniture.

*

Developing designs from concept through to manufacture.

*

Creating accurate manufacturing drawings and material specifications.

*

Liaising with project managers, architects, interior designers and the workshop team.

*

Ensuring designs are practical, cost-effective and meet client expectations.

*

Supporting projects throughout the design and manufacturing process.

*

Managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

About You:

To be considered, you should have:

*

Previous experience as a Designer within the bespoke joinery or high-end furniture industry.

*

A strong understanding of joinery construction methods and manufacturing processes.

*

Experience producing technical manufacturing drawings.

*

Proficiency in CAD software (such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar).

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

*

The ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.

*

A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
