Job description

We are looking for compassionate, committed individuals who want to make a positive impact on people's lives. Providing companionship, care and support with all aspects of our clients lives. Physically and emotionally enhancing their quality of life well being. No experience is necessary as full training is provided

The following criteria is essential:

* You must be a driver with a full driving licence and your own vehicle

* Living within our Oxford recruitment areas

* Right to work in the UK

What we offer:

* Guaranteed hour contract or bank contract depending on your availability

* Flexible working patterns part time and full time

* Up to £16.25 per hour depending on your experience

* Paid travel time between clients at the same hourly rate

* 45p per mile for mileage

* Minimum of 1 hour visits

* Free DBS check

* Care certificate, level 2 & 3 Diploma along with expert led advanced courses and

* extensive learning programmes.

* 24/7 on call support

* Pension scheme

* Funded Blue Light Card

* Generous refer a friend scheme

* Access to our Employee Assistance Programme

* Double pay on Bank holidays
