Title: Account Manager

Location: Outskirts of Cambridge

Salary: £32,000 – £37,000

Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships while supporting overall sales activity. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

This is a full-time, permanent role, based on-site.

Typical duties will include:

* Delivering a high standard of customer service and building long-term client relationships

* Keeping customers up to date with promotions, new products, and company updates

* Proactively engaging with clients to drive sales and strengthen relationships

* Handling customer enquiries quickly and accurately

* Managing customer expectations in a professional manner

* Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions

* Processing orders and managing payments

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records on internal systems

The successful candidate will have:

* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels

* Previous B2B sales or account management experience

* A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

* Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

* A flexible, hardworking approach with a willingness to take on new challenges

* A positive, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced office environment
