Reward Analyst
We're partnering with a well-known business on the search for a Reward Analyst to join their People team.
Reporting into the Reward & Benefits Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting upcoming pay and bonus activity, working closely with People Partners and wider group teams.
What you'll be doing
You'll support across a range of reward and data-focused activity, including:
Preparing pay and bonus review files (Excel)
Distributing pay and bonus files
Data validation and sense-checking
Supporting with data queries (pay, bonus and Your Contribution)
Reporting on pay and bonus outcomes
Producing pay and bonus letters (mail merge)
Supporting with benchmarking (nice to have, not essential)What we're looking for
Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sums, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Comfortable working with data and high levels of detail
Confident communicator who can collaborate with People Partners and group teams
Organised, accurate and methodical in your approach
Experience with mail merge is helpful but not essentialThe details
