The Role
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes across a variety of vehicles, ensuring every repair meets manufacturer and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
·Preparing repaired vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
·Mixing and colour matching paints to manufacturer specifications.
·Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat to achieve a high-quality factory finish.
·Blending adjacent panels where required to ensure seamless repairs.
·Carrying out polishing, rectification and final quality inspections.
·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised paint booth and working area.
·Working closely with panel technicians and the wider Bodyshop team to meet repair deadlines.
·Following manufacturer repair methods and health and safety procedures at all times.

About You
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher who takes pride in producing exceptional work and consistently achieving high standards.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Vehicle Paint Refinisher.
·Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern paint application techniques and repair processes.
·Experience with colour matching and paint mixing.
·Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
·The ability to work efficiently in a busy Bodyshop environment.
·A positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
·A full UK driving licence is preferred.
