Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for a Process Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive continuous improvement, support new product introduction, and deliver manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead process improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Manage engineering projects from concept through to production handover.
Support equipment installation and commissioning.
Investigate and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, BOMs, PFMEAs, ECRs and ECOs.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation.
Work cross-functionally to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance.

About You

Experience in a Process or Manufacturing Engineering role.
Strong knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Experience within a manufacturing environment.
