We’re recruiting an experienced Demolition Project Manager to lead projects ranging from small works to large, complex demolitions. You’ll take ownership of delivery, manage teams, and ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Responsibilities
*
Lead demolition projects from mobilisation to completion
*
Oversee daily site operations and ensure safe working practices
*
Prepare RAMS, method statements, and demolition plans
*
Maintain full compliance with CDM, H&S, and environmental regulations
*
Coordinate subcontractors, workforce, and plant activities
*
Track progress, manage programme, and adjust plans when required
*
Carry out site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
*
Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, and authorities
*
Control budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
*
Resolve challenges such as structural instability or hazardous materials
*
Maintain accurate reporting and compliance documentation
*
Ensure all personnel are trained, competent, and certified
*
Support internal teams and contribute to wider business goals
