The client is looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead financial transformation. In this role, you will take full ownership of designing and delivering complex ERP solutions, ensuring strong user adoption and measurable business impact across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and define improved future state solutions
• Configure and optimize NetSuite financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Consolidation, and Intercompany processes
• Develop data migration strategies, including data cleansing and transformation validation
• Oversee project execution alongside a Project Manager by managing governance, preparing test strategies, facilitating UAT, and handling risks, timelines, and scope changes
• Create and deliver user training while documenting best practices
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants
• Support go live activities and stabilization during the first 30 to 60 days post implementation
• Travel to client sites when required, approximately 30 percent of the time

• Minimum of 3 years experience working with NetSuite ERP
• At least 3 end to end NetSuite implementations completed
• Strong expertise in financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, Consolidation, or Intercompany accounting
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations, ideally in finance or accounting systems
• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite financial module configuration
• Experience with data migration design and validation
• Ability to lead discussions and coach less experienced consultants
• Highly self motivated with the ability to independently manage complex projects

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certification
• Experience using the SuiteSuccess implementation methodology
• Knowledge of SuiteProjects, ARM, or Subscription Management modules
• Understanding of system integration and solution architecture
• CPA qualification or a bachelor degree
