Job Title: Benefits Specialist - People Operations Global Benefits

Location: London

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Tuesday to Thursday)

Contract Duration: 12 Months - Until June 2027

Role Overview:

This role focuses on benefits transformation, change initiatives, and pension transitions, supporting the administration, delivery, and continuous enhancement of employee benefits programs across the UK and EMEA. The ideal candidate will have experience managing benefits projects, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and driving process improvements during periods of organizational change.

  • Manage all benefits programs (Health, Pension, :eaves, Risk or Trust policeis)
  • Experience with HR policies and practices, state and federal employment laws and compliance guidelines.
  • Experience processing life insurance claims and update beneficiary information.
  • Experience supporting multinational/global organizations
