Warehouse Operatives – De-kit Site (West Thurrock)
Location: West Thurrock (Approx. 40-minute walk from Chafford Hundred Station)
Type: Temporary to Permanent Opportunities Available
Start Date: Immediate Starts Available
Shift Pattern:
*
4 on 4 off
* Can be available on either day or night shift
* 06:00 - 18:00 (Day shift)
* 18:00 - 06:00 (Night Shift)
Pay Rates:
* Day shift - £13.07 PAYE
* Night Shift - £14.16 PAYE
Key Responsibilities:
*
De-kitting incoming lorries containing cages of cardboard, plastic, and food waste
*
Separating and preparing waste materials for baling and recycling
*
Pushing and pulling cages across the site – this role is physically demanding and will require you to be on your feet for the full shift
*
Stacking plastic trays onto pallets for return to the distribution centre
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
What We’re Looking For:

Good level of physical fitness
*
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, recycling-focused warehouse environment
*
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
