We're looking for a proactive and customer focused Talent Resourcing Partner to join our team supporting one of our largest client programmes.
What you'll be doing
As a Talent Resourcing Partner, you'll act as the key link between clients, candidates, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the right talent is supplied at the right time.
Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct regular weekly onsite client visits to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities
Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey
Regular contact with candidates, updating availability and managing performance
Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability
Work closely with suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved
Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periods
Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service delivery.Who we're looking for
Outstanding communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
The ability to remain calm under pressure
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Confidence building relationships with candidates, clients and stakeholders
A willingness to travel and meet clients face-to-face in various locations
Experience in agency or internal recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing services sector account management would be particularly valuable.Why join us?
