The Head of Supply chain & Operations will be responsible for;
Developing and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives.
Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyse supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
Lead and mentor a team to drive supply chain excellence.
Lead Production & Warehousing alongside Planning
Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with company goals.Profile
A successful Head of Supply Chain & Operations should have:
A strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
