We require a Paint Mix Technician to join our team supporting the process application of paint onto vehicles by a major paint supplier in Crewe.

The position will suit an ambitious, well-educated individual who is looking for a stable career in an exciting, new environment.

Responsibilities include:

Produce batches of paint

Supply to various areas

Awareness of different technology

Keep paint mix area clean and clear

Follow all procedures and work instructions

Keeping their ‘5S’ responsibility area and rest area clean and tidy.

Additionally, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:

Attention to detail

Timekeeping

Reliability

Some paint experience/knowledge would be beneficial

Basic maths and English

The position will be based on 3 shifts and additional hours will be required as necessary.

Annual salary includes 3 shift allowance and after a successful 6 month probation period, salary will increase.

Shift times - 3 week rotation, 1 week of mornings, 1 week of afternoons and 1 week of nights.

Mornings - Monday to Friday

Monday - 06.00 am - 14.15 pm

Tuesday to Thursday - 06.30 am - 14.15 pm

Friday - 06.30 am – 11:45 am

Afternoons - Monday to Friday

Monday to Thursday - 14.00 pm - 21.30 pm

Friday – 11:30 am - 16:30 pm

Nights - Monday to Thursday

Monday to Thursday - 21.15 pm - 06.45 am

Additional approved hours will be paid overtime
