Key Responsibilities:
As Head of Maintenance, you will:
Lead and motivate the Maintenance team, ensuring high service standards are achieved
Manage recruitment, training, appraisals and team development
Plan preventative and reactive maintenance schedules across the resort
Ensure all plant, equipment and facilities remain safe, compliant and well maintained
Monitor departmental performance, budgets and stock levels
Maintain servicing records, asset registers and statutory compliance
Recommend refurbishment projects and oversee contractor performance
Provide out-of-hours support when required
Promote energy conservation and support ESG initiatives
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Head of Maintenance or Maintenance Manager within hospitality
Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades
Experience leading and developing teams
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments
