Job Title: Network Administrator
Location: Corsham
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Up to £500 per day via an approved umbrella company
Must be willing and eligible to go through the DV Clearance process
Our client, a reputable organisation, is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join a dedicated team of network professionals in Corsham. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to vital network operations within a dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Monitor and report on all network components to ensure optimal performance
* Process customer service requests efficiently
* Create and deploy configurations for new network services
* Collaborate with Service Management and Customer Authority to deliver seamless services
* Provide technical support to Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
* Maintain accurate network diagrams and documentation
* Assist with annual Crypto Key Fill procedures
* Update and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
* Offer technical on-call support out of hours on a 1 week in 4 basis

* Experience with Juniper network devices and firewalls
* Strong understanding of ITIL incident, problem, and change management disciplines
* Knowledge of encryption technologies
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
