We are currently recruiting for a temporary Housing Officer to support housing and community services across the Liverpool area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality neighbourhood management services and building strong community relationships.
Contract: Temporary assignment
Until end of August, with potential for extension
Flexible hybrid working available
Key Responsibilities of a Housing Officer:
Managing a designated neighbourhood patch
Delivering effective tenancy and estate management services
Responding to anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
Carrying out estate inspections and property visits
Supporting residents with tenancy-related queries and issues
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
Ensuring communities are safe, clean, and well maintained
Handling safeguarding concerns and supporting vulnerable tenants
Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with housing policiesRequirements of a Housing Officer:
Previous experience within a Housing Officer or Tenancy Management role
Strong knowledge of housing and tenancy management practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Flexible approach to travel and hybrid workingWhat’s on Offer:
