Location: Scunthorpe
Pay Rate: £16.00ph
Hours: Flexible Shifts

We are recruiting for a well-established structural steel fabrication company, delivering high-quality steelworks solutions across a range of projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join a busy team.
Job Role:
Fabricate and weld structural steel to engineering drawings
Carry out MIG welding to a high standard
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Assemble and prepare steel components for production
Use fabrication tools and machinery safely and effectively
Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in welding and fabrication (structural steel preferred)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience with MIG welding (coded welding advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Good understanding of health & safety in a fabrication environment
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work overtime when required
