The Role
We are looking for a Junior Resource Coordinator to support the planning and mobilisation of operatives working on UK infrastructure projects.
This is an entry-level role suited to someone reliable, organised, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support onboarding of operatives coming into the UK
* Check documents and maintain accurate records
* Assist with visa and compliance processes
* Coordinate mobilisation, travel, and start dates
* Support training bookings and workforce readiness
* Order PPE and basic equipment
* Maintain internal systems and trackers
* Support day-to-day coordination tasks across the team
Requirements
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Clear and reliable communication skills
* Willing to learn and take direction
* Able to work in a busy environment
* Strong work ethic and dependable
Experience
Experience is not essential.
This role would suit someone with:
* College or A-level education
* Some work experience (any sector)
* Or someone looking for a first office-based role
