Ensuring all repair estimates comply with company standards and audit procedures
Managing multiple assessments efficiently while maintaining high standards
Contributing positively to team morale and customer satisfaction
Keeping detailed, organised records of assessments, communications, and estimatesRequirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor:

Proven experience as an Estimator or Vehicle Damage Assessor within the automotive repair sector
ATA qualification or working towards ATA certification; senior level preferred
Proficiency in Audatex and GT Motive estimating platforms
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Reside within 20 miles of Hayes, Greater London, for ease of travel
