Site Manager Housing

My client is a residential main contractor specializing in bespoke new builds, refurbishments, extensions, and heritage projects. They collaborate with private clients, architects, and design teams to deliver exceptional results providing expertise in project planning, cost control, and buildability.

They are currently looking for a Working Foreman / Site Manager to oversee site operations on unique high-end residential projects in Bath and the surrounding areas.

Applicants will come from a trade background, ideally in carpentry, and hold up to date SMSTS and 1st aid qualifications with prior high-quality residential build experience. Responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating site activities.
