Mechanical Engineer

We’re looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a high-profile commercial site in West London, supporting the ongoing maintenance of a busy, modern building environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on building services work and wants to be part of a well-supported engineering team within a stable, long-term role.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day mechanical maintenance across the site, including both planned and reactive tasks. The work will cover a wide range of systems such as HVAC plant, pumps, motors, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and associated mechanical services. You’ll be expected to take ownership of fault finding, ensure systems are running efficiently, and respond quickly when issues arise.

What we’re looking for:

* Background in mechanical or building services engineering

* Experience in commercial maintenance environments

* Strong fault-finding ability and a practical, hands-on approach

* Understanding of HVAC systems and general mechanical plant

* Relevant mechanical qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)

* Good awareness of health & safety practices
