Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
Hampshire
Up to £62k plus car / allowance & benefits
We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake all aspects of surveying for responsive maintenance and voids projects.
Manage and lead a team to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Oversee cost control, valuations, and financial reporting for projects.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.About You
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the social housing sector, ideally with a focus on responsive maintenance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of building maintenance processes.
Effective communication and organisational skills.
