Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for an Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor, will be responsible for:
* Supervise hard services maintenance delivery across multiple buildings, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required standards
* Manage and prioritise workloads for on‑site engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation
* Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities are completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements
* Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS, site rules, and Health & Safety policies
* Act as a key point of contact for the client, providing updates and supporting day‑to‑day operational discussions
* Monitor operational performance, including job completion, standards, and compliance requirements
* Maintain high service standards in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
To be successful for this Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor role you must have:
* Strong technical background in hard services maintenance (electrical or mechanical)
* Proven supervisory or management experience within a hard services or facilities management environment
* Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance
