Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor at their Heathrow dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable premium brand dealer group. The ideal Service Advisor will be customer-focused, motivated, and eager to contribute to a professional automotive environment.

Benefits:

Up to £36,000 salary, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday working week
47.5 hours per week, with Saturday morning rota
23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Booking customers into the service diary efficiently
Liaising with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth operation
Matching and exceeding monthly sales targets
Processing paperwork accurately and promptly
Driving business growth by increasing sales and profit
Maintaining a high standard of customer service and showroom appearanceRequirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or garage environment
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication and customer care skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Motivated with a desire to develop knowledge and skills
