Assistant Engineering Manager - Maritime
Location: Surrey or Hampshire (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary: Up to £50,000.
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Engineering Manager to support the delivery of complex engineering projects within a highly regulated environment. Working alongside experienced technical leaders, you'll help coordinate engineering activities and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of engineering activities.
* Coordinate technical tasks across multidisciplinary teams.
* Monitor project risks and support mitigation activities.
* Contribute to design reviews and engineering governance.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
* Experience in Systems, Software or a similar engineering discipline.
* Understanding of engineering lifecycle and governance processes.
* Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to manage multiple priorities within a technical project environment.
* Relevant Engineering or STEM qualification preferred
