About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join a well-established building services contractor based in Wembley. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, company van, and fuel card.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding of a variety of fire alarm systems across commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems.
Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimise system downtime.
Commission new fire alarm installations.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs.
Work on a range of manufacturer systems, ensuring compliance with current industry standards.
Complete all relevant documentation and service reports accurately.
Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and colleagues.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with BS 5839 and current health and safety regulations.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.Requirements
Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience installing, servicing, and commissioning fire alarm systems.
Experience working with a range of fire alarm manufacturers (such as Gent, Advanced, Morley, Kentec, C-TEC, Apollo, Hochiki, Notifier, or similar).
Good understanding of BS 5839 and relevant fire safety standards.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.What's on Offer?
