Duration: 8 months minimum
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large refurbishment project in Glasgow.
This role will involve working onsite at a large healthcare clinic, managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, liaising directly with clients and ensuring all works are signed off in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage refurbishment projects across occupied and operational buildings
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors on site
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations
Undertake project inspections and quality assurance checks
Manage project documentation, reports and programme updates
Ensure all works are completed and signed off in line with client requirements
Identify and mitigate project risks
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
Requirements
Essential
Proven Project Management experience
SMSTS
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of construction compliance, quality assurance and project reporting
Desirable
Fire Door installation or Fire Safety project experience
Experience delivering insurance reinstatement or loss adjuster projects
