Location: Kettering
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: £14-£16, depending on experience
We're looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing high-quality bespoke joinery and have experience manufacturing timber windows from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Bench Joiner, you'll be responsible for building bespoke timber windows, door etc from scratch, managing each project from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on your own projects throughout the week, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
What You'll Be Doing
Manufacturing bespoke timber windows from start to finish.
Working from technical drawings and specifications.
Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Keeping your work area clean and organised.
Working independently while contributing to a skilled workshop team.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' bench joinery experience.
Proven experience manufacturing timber windows or similar bespoke joinery.
Ability to work independently and produce high-quality finished products.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering outstanding workmanship.
Working Hours & Benefits
30-minute paid lunch break
Paid morning break (taken when workload allows)
