Job Role Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, Berkhamsted

Provide 1:1 support and work with small groups of pupils to improve learning, engagement, and confidence.
Apply your psychology knowledge to support pupils with ASD, ADHD, ADD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other SEND.
Build positive, trusting relationships that promote emotional wellbeing and academic progress.
Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.
Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored interventions to support pupils' individual learning goals.
Encourage pupils to develop independence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours.
