Passive fire protection has never been more important. With increasing legislation, building safety reforms and demand for compliant fire protection solutions, our client has established itself as a trusted specialist delivering high-quality passive fire protection projects across the UK.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Sales to lead the commercial function, shape the sales strategy and drive the next phase of expansion.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious sales leader with a background in Passive Fire Protection (PFP) or specialist construction services who wants genuine autonomy, significant earning potential and the opportunity to influence the future direction of an expanding business.
The opportunity:
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the entire sales function, developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients across the UK construction sector.
You'll play a key role in winning major passive fire protection contracts, growing strategic accounts and positioning the business as the preferred PFP partner for contractors, developers and public sector organisations.
Supported by experienced operational and delivery teams, you'll be able to focus on building long-term partnerships, developing commercial strategy and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
The person:
We're looking for an experienced sales leader who understands the passive fire protection market and enjoys developing long-term commercial relationships.
You'll ideally have:
A proven track record of winning and developing Passive Fire Protection projects
Experience selling passive fire protection services including fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors or related compliance-led solutions
Strong relationships across the UK construction sector
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors, principal contractors, developers or public sector clients
The ability to lead commercial strategy while remaining hands-on with key accountsApplications are also welcomed from candidates with experience selling specialist construction packages such as drylining, interior fit-out, M&E or other compliance-led subcontracting services, particularly where these have included Passive Fire Protection.
