We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Sales Executive in Romford, Greater London. This opportunity is ideal for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to advance their career within a prestigious automotive dealership. The successful Sales Executive will be instrumental in promoting high-end vehicles while benefiting from a structured rewards package and career development prospects.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with annual increases tied to target achievement
On target earnings of approximately £52,500, with opportunities to overachieve
Company car scheme included
Working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, five days per week, including weekends
One in three Sundays off

Actively promote and sell prestige vehicles to customers in a professional manner
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to foster long-term relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership profitability as a Car Sales Executive
Assist customers with finance options, product demonstrations, and vehicle handovers
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed of market trends to maximise sales opportunities
Uphold high standards of presentation and dealership appearance
Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral businessRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven successful track record within a car sales environment
Stable employment history with genuine reasons for any employment moves
Drive and motivation to succeed in a competitive automotive sales role
Full UK manual driving licence with minimal points
Excellent communication and customer service skills
