Production Engineer

Production Engineer role in an Electro-Mechanical manufacturing company in High Wycombe.

This is permanent role, onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• NPI - implementation of new products and modifications.

• Design and produce jigs and fixtures and tooling.

• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation.

• Provide engineering support for production machinery and manufacturing equipment.

• Assist with sourcing and installation of new production equipment.

• Identify areas for cost-saving and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Investigate and resolve any quality issues within the manufacturing area.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a electro-mechanical assembly production engineering environment.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling design.

• Plus experience in cost optimisation and identifying efficiencies
