Our client, a reputable family-run workshop in Aldershot, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their skilled team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional motor trade technician looking to develop their career within a supportive and modern workshop environment.
Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £50,000 DOE
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 6pm
No weekends required
Ongoing training in hybrid and electric vehicle systems
30 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing to 35 days

Wellbeing and mental health supportDuties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
Service and repair a diverse range of vehicles to high standards
Conduct diagnostics using advanced equipment
Perform MOT tests (if qualified)
Maintain accurate and detailed work records
Ensure workshop health and safety standards are met
Support and mentor junior staff members as requiredRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
MOT licence (desirable but not essential)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude with a dedicated work ethic
