Deliver and embed the people strategy in line with wider business objectives
Drive HR operational excellence, ensuring robust policies, processes, and compliance

Support key people initiatives across talent, engagement, reward, and development
Leverage data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of HR professionals
HR Manager - About You
We are seeking a high-potential HR leader who is ready to accelerate their career:
Proven HR Manager experience within a professional services or call centre/contact centre environment (essential)
Strong track record of operating in fast-paced, high-volume, or commercially driven settings
Confident managing complex and sensitive ER cases independently
Demonstrated experience developing management capability and driving performance
Exposure to both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on operational delivery
CIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent with strong, up-to-date UK employment law knowledge
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at senior levels
Data-driven, commercially aware, and solutions-focused
Ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress into an Executive-level HR role
Why Apply?
