Site Engineer – Civils & Earthworks
RAF Base, Lincolnshire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major civils and earthworks project on a RAF base in Lincolnshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure scheme within a secure defence environment.
The Role
As Site Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Setting out for civils and earthworks packages.
Managing quality assurance and completing QA documentation.
Producing and maintaining accurate site records.
Liaising with the Site Manager, Subcontractors, and Client representatives.
Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with project specifications.
Supporting the delivery of the programme to agreed timescales.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civils and earthworks projects.
Strong setting out experience using Leica or Trimble equipment.
Experience with drainage, foundations, earthworks, and infrastructure works.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
CSCS Card (essential).
Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
Previous experience working on MOD or RAF projects.
Security clearance or the ability to obtain clearance.
SMSTS or SSSTS.
