Salary: £13.07-£15 per hour
Start: September 2026- 8.30am to 3.15 pm term time only
Think Education Partners are working exclusivly with a primary school in Westerham. This school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small‑group support across the school. This is a great opportunity for someone who is calm, supportive and confident working with children with a range of needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with physical, emotional or educational needs
* Deliver and monitor interventions under teacher direction
* Support behaviour, wellbeing and personal development
* Assist with classroom organisation, resources and daily routines
* Carry out personal care where required
* Record observations and feedback for senior staff
* Respond to pupil needs and simple queries
* Report safeguarding or behaviour concerns promptly
What we are looking for
* Experience supporting children (school or childcare experience preferred)
* Confident with SEN, behaviour support and classroom routines
* Positive, patient and reliable
* Able to work as part of a team and follow guidance
* Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
