Workday Test Lead - HR & Financials

We are currently looking for an experienced Workday Test Lead to join a major global Workday programme commencing in mid-July.

This role will play a critical part in delivering testing across a large-scale Workday HR and Financials implementation, leading testing strategy, execution and governance throughout the programme life cycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end testing strategy for a global Workday rollout.
• Managing all testing activities across Workday HCM and Financials.
• Coordinating SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management.
• Creating and overseeing test scenarios, scripts and execution plans.
• Managing defects and reporting through JIRA.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners and project teams.
• Providing leadership, governance and quality assurance across all testing activities.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience as a Workday Test Lead
• Background in Workday HCM (HR) implementations
• Experience delivering testing for Workday Financials
• Proven track record supporting global Workday rollout programmes
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead testing workstreams in fast-paced programme environments
