RED Global is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Legal and Compliance experience to support regulatory, risk, and compliance initiatives across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business analysis within legal and compliance domains, stakeholder management, regulatory frameworks, and process improvement within complex global environments.

Travel: Occasional travel to Prague, Holzkirchen (Germany), and Madrid

Key Responsibilities

. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to legal, regulatory, and compliance processes.
. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
. Drive process improvements to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
. Support system implementation, enhancements, and testing activities across compliance-related applications.
. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions.
. Ensure documentation and processes meet audit and regulatory requirements.
. Provide support during audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting activities.
. Assist in change management, user training, and adoption of new processes or systems.

Required Skills & Experience

. Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Legal, Compliance, or Regulatory domains.
. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and governance processes.
. Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
. Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
. Experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance initiatives.
. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar BA toolsets is preferred.
. Ability to translate complex legal or regulatory requirements into business solutions.
